Erm, actually Sasuke doesn't kill Orochimaru, Itachi does. Since sasuke had no more chakra left, Orochimaru used that opportunity to try to get Sasuke's body but Itachi killed him with his ultimate technique, what was its name again ? Susano? Something like that? Yeah, well Kakashi isn't gonna die I guess...I hope :P Oh and Amateratsu only activates itself when Sasuke gets to see Madara's Sharingan eventhough he was able to control Amateratsu during his fight against Hachibi.
