Chika Umino, the creator of Honey and Clover and March Comes in Like a Lion manga, is creating the original character designs for the anime. Production I.G is producing the animation. The anime will premiere in Fuji TV’s late-night Noitamina timeslot.

Mantan Web, the special interest website of the Mainichi Shimbun paper, has revealed that the newspaper’s Mainichi Kāsan gag manga by Rieko Saibara will be animated for broadcast television on spring 2009.
Mainichi Kāsan describes the humorous everyday experiences of Saibara’s own life with her two children. It has been running in the newspaper’s morning edition every week since 2002, and over one million copies of the four compiled volumes have published so far. Just wondering is there going to be any thing Ecchi this season? if so what.
Cant wait for “Isekai no Sekishi Monogatari” Because i watched Tenchi Muyo! when i was younger and it was BAD ASS so hopefully the spin off will be as good as the original.
